Our challenge from our client Reckitt,  was  to inform HCPs about the new formulation, to inform  sufferers of GERD and the wide public about the new formulation, which is a new class of medicines, to inform the wide public about the Acid Pocket.

Our tools were the Press Office, participation in congresses, KOL’s management , CME’s and a digital platform for HCPs.

We succeeded to inform HCPs 100%, to inform the wide public 100%, to diversify the product from the competition and to inform the wide public for Acid Pocket 40%.
